Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the store manager to oversee daily store activities, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure customers receive top-tier services, entertainment, and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, product launches, and sales initiatives
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with our products and services
• Coaching and developing a team of retail sales consultants
• Help meet and exceed sales targets
• Partner with the store manager on operational activities

Qualities of Our Most Successful Assistant Store Managers

• Excellent communication and leadership skills 💬
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related fields 📱
• Prior management experience
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders beyond the store

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $47,500 – $71,300 annually plus up to $18,000 in commissions if sales targets are met. Salary may vary based on geography, experience, and education.
