The Position

We are hiring a full-time bilingual Spanish Account Manager to support our Janitorial Manager product. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, teamwork, initiative, and a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Installing software for new clients
  • On-boarding new customers and guiding them on how to maximize our software for their business
  • Providing training to system administrators and end-users
  • Re-engaging low-usage customers
  • Monitoring account activity for both administrators and end-users

Requirements ✅

  • Fluent in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of technical support and software implementation experience
  • Over 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products
