You are a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with a proven track record of surpassing ambitious goals. You're eager to engage current brightwheel customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales journey—from prospecting to closing deals.

Passionate about improving education through technology, you're a curious go-getter who enjoys collaborating with a team and helping customers unlock the full potential of brightwheel’s solutions.

What You’ll Do 📝

  • Partner with existing customers to expand their use of brightwheel’s products, supporting their business growth
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and discovery (including in Spanish) to identify pain points and educate prospects on solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from generating leads, booking demos, to closing deals
  • Achieve monthly revenue and unit sales goals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities and maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline
  • Stay informed about competitors and craft strategies to effectively position brightwheel’s offerings

  • Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Competitive, resilient, and driven to exceed goals
  • Quick to learn, adapt, and succeed in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Proactive in seeking feedback, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 annually, including base salary and uncapped performance-based variable pay
  • Opportunity for base salary and OTE increases over time as you achieve results
