What You Will Do

As part of our Technical Services team, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat, primarily working with our BarTender software and printer drivers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Providing support for enterprise software and third-party applications
  • Seeking guidance from senior technicians or escalating cases as needed
  • Researching and answering queries from resellers and end users
  • Contributing to our Knowledge Base and support articles by documenting issues
  • Participating in special tasks such as report writing, product documentation, and suggesting product improvements
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales departments
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience 🌟

What We Require

  • Technical support experience
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, applications, and printers
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • Problem-solving skills and active listening
  • Collaborative mindset and self-motivation to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, Technology Certification, or self-taught expertise

Terms of Employment

This is a full-time position with benefits, offered on a temporary 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment ("indefinido").

  • You must provide documentation authorizing work in Spain upon hiring
  • Full remote work within Spain

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The annual salary is €33,000, complemented by:

  • Half-year bonus based on performance
