• Starting Salary Range:
• ✔️ Bachelor's Degree: $59,826 - $71,791
• ✔️ Master's Degree: $65,929 - $79,114

About the Role

Are you passionate about community work and making a difference? GGRC is hiring Bilingual Social Workers for our Early Start Division. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both in the community, from our San Francisco office, and remotely from home.

What Your Day Looks Like 📝

The Bilingual Social Worker will:

• Conduct needs assessments and develop Family Service Plans for children aged 0-3 and their families.
• Advocate and coordinate services, including local SF travel and occasional statewide trips.
• Meet with families to identify resources, build support networks, and problem-solve.
• Monitor developmental progress and provide developmental activities.
• Handle intake services and crises management when needed.
• Educate families on available services, policies like Medicaid Waiver, and other resources.
• Research community resources, initiate referrals, and track progress.
• Participate in community and staff meetings to improve services.
• Maintain case records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills 🤝

Who You Are

• Experience in multicultural settings or multilingual capacity
• Knowledge of community services, counseling principles, and child development
• Familiarity with early intervention legislation and services for high-risk infants and families
• Strong interview, communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
• Creative problem-solving and cultural sensitivity

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in social welfare or related human services; Master's preferred
• Case management experience with infants or children under 4 is highly preferred
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) appropriate for native speakers
