Job Description
As our Social Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing online communities, curating engaging content, and analyzing social trends to keep our brand and clients ahead of the curve. 🚀
What You’ll Do Here:
- Community Management on Owned Accounts: Engage with followers by responding to comments, liking posts, answering DMs, and managing customer service issues.
- Outbound Community Management: Amplify the brand by commenting on user content, joining conversations, and initiating connections with influencers and active users.
- Collect and Curate UGC: Save and showcase top User-Generated Content, including influencer posts, for social media use.
- Track Community Management Efforts: Create trackers and decks to log engagement efforts, highlighting notable moments and sentiment analysis.
- Social Landscape Analysis: Monitor trends and conversations across social platforms; compile insights into presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Content + Copywriting: Develop reactive content, brainstorm monthly content calendars, and support copywriting efforts, including writing social captions.
- Social Media Copywriter: Craft compelling copy for evergreen, socially-led initiatives.
- Paid Media Asset Management: Manage updates for paid media trackers, including post links, copy, and codes for media teams.
- Agency Social: Lead efforts for our agency’s social channels, managing owned content and outbound community engagement.
Qualifications
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish!
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media platforms and a curiosity for platform updates and evolutions.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Suite and social media scheduling/content tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and QA skills.
- Trend Enthusiast: Passion for data-driven insights and social media trends.
- Creative Connect: Always exploring new ways to engage audiences on social platforms.
Bonus Points If You Have…
- A passion for developing and understanding brand tones.
- Experience creating captions or social content for brands.
- Familiarity with organizational tools like Asana, Monday, etc.
- Experience using platforms like Sprinklr or similar.
- Background in editorial content creation — we’re excited to see this position grow creatively!
Additional Information
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
