Job Description
🎯 Purpose
Responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle to meet the staffing needs of all clients within your branch. Your contributions will support efficient operations by performing your duties accurately and promptly.
🛠️ Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities to meet staffing demands.
- Manage candidate and job order generation using Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
- Keep updated records on employment terminations and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
- Ensure meticulous attention to candidate processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
- Maintain a high fill ratio to ensure branch success.
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract valuable candidates.
- Communicate effectively with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager regarding job orders and client/candidate matters.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies when interacting with candidates and clients.
- Create recruitment and interview plans for each open position, collaborating with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
- Build a talent pipeline by developing relationships with qualified candidates ahead of staffing needs.
- Actively network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employee referrals.
- Commit to exceeding performance and safety goals set by leadership and risk management.
- Implement standards to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
- Monitor branch compliance with Masis Staffing Solutions policies, especially regarding payroll processes.
- Ensure completeness and approval of timecards to meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues, designing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Send payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
🎓 Qualifications & Education
- College degree preferred.
- At least 2+ years of successful recruiting or business development experience.
- Strong interviewing skills and industry knowledge.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.

This role involves working in a routine office environment and visiting various customer locations. Extended work hours, occasional weekends, and travel may be required.
