Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, your role involves:

  • Handling inbound and outbound collections calls
  • Advocating for customers, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance
  • Managing escalations and complaints with confidence and empathy
  • Investigating customer concerns and suggesting process improvements
  • Supporting fellow advocates and providing real-time feedback

Note: Candidates will need to complete a language assessment as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Experience in the Financial Industry (1+ year)
  • Collections experience (1+ year)

Work From Home Technology Requirements

  • Secure home office environment with minimal background noise
  • Reliable private internet connection (not cellular or hotspot)
  • Password-protected network with ownership or oversight of connected devices
  • ISP that provides cable or fiber internet; hotspots or satellite services are not permitted
  • VPN internet speed of at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Speed testing via www.google.com — type "Speed Test" and run the test
  • Both wired and Wi-Fi connections are acceptable if security and speed requirements are met

Work From Home Location Requirements

  • Reside within 100 miles of specified zip codes and be able to report in person within 24 hours when required
