Responsibilities include:

  • Making inbound and outbound collections calls
  • Providing excellent service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and creating positive experiences

  • Handling escalations, investigating concerns, and reporting trends
  • Supporting fellow team members and mentoring when necessary

Assessment & Qualifications

Candidates will need to:

  • Complete a language assessment (Spanish and English)

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience in the financial industry (at least 1 year)
  • Collections experience (at least 1 year)

Work from Home Technology Requirements 🖥️

  • Secure, distraction-free home office environment

The annual salary range varies by location, with all listed locations offering up to $49,774 for Senior Risk Coordinator roles:

  • Wilmington, DE
  • Richmond, VA
  • St. Cloud, MN

Note: Salaries for other locations will be determined based on regional pay ranges and included in the offer letter.
