Key Responsibilities 🚀

As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, your main goal is to deliver top-tier service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and creating memorable experiences. Specific duties include:

  • Advocating for customers, resolving issues in compliance with regulations, and managing escalations
  • Investigating concerns and suggesting process improvements
  • Supporting and guiding fellow associates, providing real-time feedback
  • Handling a blended inbound/outbound call environment

We provide the necessary tools and support to help you succeed in complex de-escalation scenarios.

Qualifications 📋

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience in the financial industry (minimum 1 year)
  • Collections experience (minimum 1 year)

Salary Range & Additional Details 💰

The full-time annual salary for this role ranges between $49,774 across all listed locations. Salaries may vary for roles outside these areas or part-time arrangements. Details include:
