🔹 Job Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients calling to book appointments or inquire about services
• Handle high-volume inbound calls with compassion, addressing questions and concerns
• Listen empathetically to understand patient needs, employing trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments
• Focus on increasing appointment acceptance and delivering excellent customer care to meet individual and team goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership

🎯 Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
• At least 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills — clear and professional speaking
• Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating provided technology systems
• Reliable internet connection:
  • Cable/Fiber connection
  • Hardwired within 6 feet of the router
  • Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace
• Availability for some evenings and weekends

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly performance bonuses and increases at 90 and 180 days
