🌟 Key Job Responsibilities
- First contact: Engage with patients to schedule appointments via calls, addressing their questions about Aspen Dental services.
- Handle high-volume calls: Answer inbound calls compassionately, providing excellent customer service.
- Understand patient needs: Listen empathetically, think critically, and use sales techniques to set and confirm appointments, aiming to meet individual and call center goals.
- Additional duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
🎯 Job Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ years preferred (retail, call center, hospitality), preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Communication: Clear, professional speaking skills.
- Tech Savvy: Able to navigate technology efficiently.
- Internet: Must have cable/fiber internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, connect via wired connection within 6 feet of the router (no WiFi/cellular hotspot).
- Workspace: Quiet, private, HIPAA-compliant environment.
- Availability: Some evenings and weekends required.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr, with performance-based bonuses paid monthly, and pay increases at 90 and 180 days.
- Scheduling: Various full-time and part-time shifts available.
