About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Patient Appointments: Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients calling to book appointments or inquire about services.
  • Handle Inbound Calls: Manage high-volume calls with compassion, addressing questions and concerns efficiently.
  • Empathetic Listening & Sales Techniques: Understand patient needs through empathetic communication and utilize trained sales and customer service methods to set appointments and meet call center goals.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Must be professionally proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality preferred). Prior experience in high-volume call centers is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable Cable or Fiber internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. Must be able to connect via wired connection within 6 feet of the router.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace is essential.
  • Availability: Some evening and weekend hours are required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses paid monthly, and pay increases at 90 and 180 days.
