Position Overview: Bilingual Sales Representative 🎯
The goal of this role is to maximize sales by promoting our products and ensuring consistent service to our assigned sales outlets, with a focus on proper execution. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Identifying market opportunities: Communicate potential growth areas to your supervisor.
- Client visits: Regularly visit all sales points within your route.
- Generating sales:
- Know product details to execute sales effectively.
- Market products and execute displays.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Inventory management: Conduct surveys at each point of sale to determine product needs and monitor stock levels based on store rotation.
- Relationship building: Develop solid partnerships with point-of-sale personnel.
- Promotional activities: Negotiate additional exhibits, tastings, and promotional events to boost product visibility.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely updates through company systems.

Requirements ✅
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 2+ years in merchandising, sales, or customer service; experience with CPG companies is a plus
- Technical Skills: Basic PC skills, including word processing, email, internet, and mobile apps
- Customer Skills: Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
- Independence & Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision
- Travel: Willing to visit stores across different cities as needed
Physical Requirements ⚙️
- Ability to walk and move around 2/3 of the time
- Use fingers to operate tools and devices
- Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Clear communication skills for talking, listening, and speaking during phone calls and in person
