Position: Bilingual Sales Representative 🛍️
The primary goal of this role is to maximize sales through promoting our products and delivering consistent, excellent service to assigned sales outlets. You will ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and communicate them to your direct manager to increase sales.
- Visit assigned points of sale regularly as part of your route.
- Generate sales by:
- Knowing all necessary information to close sales effectively
- Promoting our products and executing attractive displays
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Scan products at each point of sale for marketing and inventory purposes.
- Perform inventory surveys to identify products to reorder, ensuring optimal stock levels based on store rotation.
- Negotiate with sales points for additional displays, tasting events, and promotional activities.
- Report promptly and accurately using company systems to keep management informed.

Requirements ✔️
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2+ years in merchandising, sales, or customer service; experience with CPG companies is a plus
- Basic PC skills, including Word, Email, internet browsing, and mobile app usage
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel across different cities to visit stores
Physical Requirements 💪
- Ability to walk and move around for 2/3 of the workday
- Dexterity to operate tools and devices using fingers
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Clear communication skills—talking, listening, and speaking effectively both on the phone and in person
