In this position, you will work directly with customers to provide AT&T wireless and connectivity solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and comprehensive account support. Our team focuses on helping customers access reliable wireless, internet, and telecommunications services to support their daily operations. As a bilingual sales professional, you'll play a vital role in establishing strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create lasting value. 💼

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to present AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions
• Explain products, pricing, and promotional offers clearly and professionally
• Recommend customized sales solutions aligned with customer needs and operational goals
• Assist clients with creating new accounts, updates, and service modifications
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and professionalism
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing account support
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
