Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Conduct upselling into the existing customer base through proactive outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and Xing.
- Utilize provided data and conduct ongoing proactive data sourcing for outreach.
- Lead customer catch-up calls, providing reporting, feedback, and insights to build confidence and strengthen relationships.
- Make 80-100+ outbound calls to potential prospects daily.
- Send personalized outreach emails to targeted accounts.
- Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Engage prospects using multiple channels: phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messages.
- Arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Log all activities, notes, and lead statuses in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
- Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions.
Requirements ✅
- Fluency in German (spoken & written), with business proficiency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role.
- Background in SaaS, Tech, MarTech, FinTech, or IT sectors.
- Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by measurable results.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
