Key Responsibilities 🚀

  • Conduct upselling into the existing customer base through proactive outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and Xing.
  • Utilize provided data and conduct ongoing proactive data sourcing for outreach.
  • Lead customer catch-up calls, providing reporting, feedback, and insights to build confidence and strengthen relationships.
  • Make 80-100+ outbound calls to potential prospects daily.
  • Send personalized outreach emails to targeted accounts.
  • Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
  • Engage prospects using multiple channels: phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messages.
  • Arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Log all activities, notes, and lead statuses in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
  • Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions.

Requirements ✅

  • Fluency in German (spoken & written), with business proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role.
  • Background in SaaS, Tech, MarTech, FinTech, or IT sectors.
  • Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
