Position: Bi-Lingual Sales Representative 📱

As a crucial member of our team, you will focus on driving sales transactions and creating memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. Engage with customers, promote Cricket Wireless products and services, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and expand our customer base
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a lively environment
• Participate in outside sales events and promotional activities
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays across various locations
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and promote a positive work culture
• Host in-store events to meet daily sales goals
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager
• Manage cash flow and maintain accurate inventory records

General Duties & Skills 🔧

• Possess a competitive spirit with a desire to surpass sales goals
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate how our no-contract products meet those needs
• Multi-task efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and ensure displays meet corporate standards

Physical & Operational Requirements 💼

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
• Operate computers, wireless equipment, copiers, and fax machines
• Work at various locations as needed
• Perform store opening and closing procedures following written guidelines
• Submit daily transaction journals and assist with inventory maintenance

Ideal Candidate Profile 🌟

• Outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
• Previous wireless or retail experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to business needs

Qualifications & Experience ✅

• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
• Proficiency with PC software (MS Office preferred) and POS systems
• Spanish language skills (Required)

Logistics & Schedule 📅

Stores are open Monday through Sunday, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available in Newport News, VA 23606. This position is in person.
