About the Role

Compensation & Benefits 💸

• Starting Base Salary: $14.00/hour
• Uncapped Monthly Commission: Earn commissions for meeting and exceeding sales goals

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain clients
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories
• Participate in outside sales events and promotions
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations
• Perform daily store opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and foster a positive environment
• Organize store events to meet daily sales goals
• Communicate effectively with Store Manager
• Manage cash handling and inventory accountability

General Duties

• Maintain a competitive spirit and aim to exceed sales targets
• Understand customer needs and demonstrate how our products meet them
• Multi-task efficiently in a team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demos
• Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and ensure display standards

Physical & Operational Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• Operate computers, wireless equipment, copiers, and faxes
• Work at various locations as needed
• Perform opening and closing procedures as per written standards
• Submit daily transaction journals
• Assist with inventory management

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience in sales within a quota-driven environment
• Proficient in PC software (MS Office preferred) and POS systems
