Role Overview

As a Bi-Lingual Sales Representative, your key responsibilities include engaging with customers, promoting Cricket Wireless products and services, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere in a fast-paced retail setting. You will collaborate with team members to create a fun and successful store environment.

• Hourly Pay: $13.00 - $16.00/hour (competitive and based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and attract new clients
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories
• Participate in outside sales events and promotional activities
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations
• Perform opening and closing store procedures, maintain store appearance, and foster a positive work environment
• Organize and host in-store events to meet daily sales goals
• Effectively communicate with the store manager
• Manage cash, inventory, and store displays

General Duties

• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive spirit
• Understand customer needs and showcase how our no-contract products meet them
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate products and educate customers
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and ensure compliance with corporate standards

Candidate Requirements ✅

• Ability to stand for long durations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
• Proficiency in operating PC software, wireless devices, copier, and fax
• Willingness to work from multiple store locations as needed
• Follow established procedures for opening and closing the store
• Submit daily transaction reports and assist with inventory management

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
• Fluent Spanish language skills
• Experience in quota-driven sales environments (1+ years)
• Proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems

Work Environment & Schedule 🕒

Our stores operate Monday through Sunday, offering morning, afternoon, and evening shifts to accommodate various schedules. Join us in Reidsville, NC 27320 for in-person work opportunities.
