Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options
- Collaborate with office management to achieve team and individual goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Qualifications and Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of insurance sales experience
- Successful track record in meeting sales goals/quotas
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping clients
Mandatory Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Sales experience (e.g., outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing) preferred
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to present products over the phone and in person
- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products
- Licensing:
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
