Qualifications and Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of insurance sales experience
• Successful track record in meeting sales goals/quotas
• Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping clients

Mandatory Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Sales experience (e.g., outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing) preferred
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to present products over the phone and in person
• Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products
• Licensing:
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
