Comcast Is Hiring A Bilingual Sales Representative - Inbound (Virtual)


Job Description

- Virtual work-from-home role 

- Base pay: $14.50/hour

- Uncapped Commissions: targeted at $17,000+ per year ($1,416+ per month)

- Career growth and progression plans

- Target Start Date: October 27th or November 10th

- Required: Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish

- Training Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 7:00pm EST

- Hours of Operation  (post-training):

Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm EST

Saturday - Sunday 10:30 am - 7:00pm EST (Saturday & Sunday shifts required)

Core Responsibilities


  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by engaging new and existing customers over the phone.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Customer Engagement: Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Customer Support: Assist with non-sales inquiries and skillfully transition them into sales opportunities when appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on company products and services using available tools and resources.
  • Relationship Building: Create a personalized and positive customer experience to build lasting relationships.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor with customers and team members.
  • Judgment & Integrity: Make sound decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company goals.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining performance standards.
