What You’ll Do

This versatile role combines:

• Sales support
• Operations coordination
• Project coordination

In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth business operations:

• Support the sales team with order processing, follow-up, and contract management 📝
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams for seamless order execution 📞
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics 🚚
• Assist with project tracking and cross-functional collaboration 📊
• Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation using Excel and Salesforce 💾
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed 🗂️

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent bilingual skills in Mandarin Chinese and English 🌎
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✅
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills 🎯
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment ⚡
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks 🔑
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 🧾

• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ⏰
• Location: On-site in North Plainfield, NJ 📍
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate 🚶‍♂️🚗

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year 💵
