About The Role 🎯

As a Bilingual Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Spanish-speaking sales representatives and manage their outbound efforts to acquire high-capacity businesses on Thumbtack. Your role is vital in driving team growth through insights gained from sales conversations, testing new data sources and sales processes, enhancing the quality and quantity of pros on Thumbtack, and increasing company revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain high team morale, set and achieve goals collaboratively, coach team members, and refine sales processes.
  • Manage evolving campaigns and team productivity, streamlining workflows and operations for Account Executives.
  • Train and mentor current and new team members on sales strategies, scripting, and processes in a remote work environment.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Operations and Enablement teams to enhance workflow and training needs.
  • Become an expert in Thumbtack products and clearly communicate their value to business professionals.
  • Ensure performance tracking and proper documentation of sales activities.
  • Manage daily sales issues, verify sales accuracy, and ensure completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

What You Bring to The Table 🎓

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling, aligning prospect goals and needs with product solutions.
  • Collaborative attitude, willing to share techniques and success strategies with the team.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience and 2-3 years in sales management roles.

Salary Expectations 💰

  • San Francisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, Seattle: $110,500 - $143,000
  • Austin, TX / Washington DC, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington: $99,500 - $128,700
  • All other US locations: $93,900 - $121,600

Note: Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as job level, skills, qualifications, and experience.
