We Are Looking for an Enthusiastic & Talented Sales Manager! 🎯

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop: Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams to ensure peak performance.
  • Conversion Strategy: Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.
  • Process Optimization: Refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Present detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.
  • Client Retention: Lead post-sale initiatives to maintain a client retention rate of 90%.

What Are We Looking for in You? 🤝

  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing sales teams and achieving aggressive goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.
  • Winning Mindset: Results-oriented attitude and ability to implement urgency-based incentives (e.g., On the Spot Sales).
  • Learning Culture: Interest in participating in internal and external training programs such as Cardone University or 8FF.
