The Opportunity

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Manager — a leader, builder, and road warrior — to take charge of our 8-person sales team and help us elevate to the next level.

This isn’t a desk job. You will be out in the field, supporting your reps, strengthening customer relationships across all 12 states, hiring new team members, and opening new routes as we expand.

What You'll Own

🗺️ Field & Customer Coverage

  • Follow up after each rep's visit to reinforce relationships, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities
  • Travel across all 12 states to visit key accounts and support sales reps in the field
  • Represent KOS Distribution at the management level with our customers

👥 Team Building & Expansion

  • Recruit, hire, and develop new sales reps as we grow
  • Identify and open new delivery routes in emerging markets
  • Accelerate onboarding for new reps — your commission depends on their success

🏆 Leadership & Culture

  • Lead a team of 8 sales reps with accountability, energy, and empathy
  • Foster a family-first team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated
  • Maintain high morale during slow weeks and sustain momentum during busy times
  • Act as a transparent link between the team and company ownership

📊 Reporting & Accountability

  • Submit daily activity reports including visits, successes, and customer feedback
  • Provide weekly performance reports covering gross profit, rep performance, and growth prospects
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of key metrics without surprises or excuses

🤖 Technology & AI

  • Utilize Claude AI daily for data analysis, communication drafts, and smarter decision-making
  • Promote technology adoption across your team
  • Leverage NetSuite data to make fact-based leadership decisions

Compensation & Perks 💰

  • $60,000 base salary + uncapped commissions
  • Commission Structure:
    • 2% override on all team gross profit up to a 2025 baseline (~$2.4M GP)
    • 4% override on every dollar of GP growth above baseline

Year 1 Performance & Earnings

  • GP stays flat: ~$108,000
  • GP grows 10%: ~$118,000
  • GP grows 20%: ~$128,000
  • GP grows 30%: ~$137,000+
  • GP grows 50%: $157,000+
