Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Sales Director, you will be instrumental in leading our sales team toward success. Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise our Sales Coordinators and sales team to capture and follow up on leads.
• Design and implement strategic plans to meet the firm’s sales objectives and growth targets.
• Analyze and improve sales processes to align with the firm’s strategic goals.

We’re looking for someone who embodies the following qualities and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership, service sales, chat or call center sales (BPO).
• Proactive, organized with excellent communication skills.
• Kind and empathetic, with a talent for building relationships.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Motivated to learn and grow professionally.
• Willing to travel at least twice a year ✈️.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
