Job Summary
The sales team at AKSA Power Generation USA is the engine driving our global reach in packaging solutions. We're seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager who can lead this engine through their sales expertise and team leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with the entire sales process, excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We value quick learners with strong negotiation skills, proven success, and the ability to motivate and coach a high-performance sales team. 🚀
Objectives of this Role
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and global reach
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
- Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures
- Meet with potential clients and build long-lasting relationships tailored to their needs
- Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and generate status reports
- Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of latest developments
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience managing the sales process
- Experience in Power Generation or heavy machinery is a plus
- Proven success across entire sales cycle from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to assigned territories
- Native Spanish speaking is a MUST
