Your Role: Strategic Cuisines Sales Development Representative (SC SDR) 🎯
As an SC SDR, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding Toast's reach by engaging inbound leads and connecting with US-based SMB restaurants (1-15 locations). You'll leverage a mix of paid, organic, partner, event, and referral leads, using multi-channel outreach to ignite interest and schedule demos with our Strategic Cuisines Account Executives nationwide.
A Day in the Life: Responsibilities 🗓️
- Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, texts, and social media.
- Schedule 36+ demos per month for our Strategic Cuisines Account Executives.
- Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR monthly as you ramp up.
- Make a minimum of 65 calls per day, with over 100 outreach activities including emails, texts, and social interactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.
What You'll Need to Thrive: Requirements 🌟
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) in addition to English.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (including internships).
- Strong work ethic and determination to surpass goals.
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely while staying motivated, collaborative, and engaged.
