Huntress is seeking a passionate and talented SDR to help us expand our cybersecurity mission. Join our fully remote, global team committed to breaking down barriers in cybersecurity and making a real difference worldwide.

Base Salary: $55,000
On-Target Earnings: $70,000

What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Build rapport and trust through phone conversations, learning about potential partners and their business needs.
  • Set qualified meetings within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), following best practices and procedures.
  • Achieve performance metrics by utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools.
  • Educate partners on Huntress's value proposition to stimulate interest.
  • Identify new accounts through research, LinkedIn, and other methods; document details in our CRM.
  • Respond honestly, professionally, and empathically to all client questions.
  • Continuously improve cold calling, messaging, and pipeline management skills through training and feedback.
  • Complete tasks and promptly respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve shared success.

You Bring 🧠

  • 8+ months experience in quota-carrying outbound B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven outbound cold-calling experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfort navigating multiple platforms and systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive to meet individual, team, and company goals.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism in communication.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in sales and cybersecurity disciplines.
  • Self-motivated, independent work ethic, and proactive with seeking help when needed.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
