What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) 📝

• Deliver extraordinary customer service with personalized product recommendations
• Boost sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Accurately process transactions using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
• Support inventory management by receiving, stocking, and tracking products
• Display products beautifully by maintaining visual merchandising standards and styling wigs/extensions for display
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Promote in-store campaigns and contribute to achieving monthly sales goals
• Assist with store events, promotions, and daily operations

Operate with a results-driven mindset, constantly working toward both individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) 🎯

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Mandarin Chinese (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Passion for beauty, hair, or fashion is a plus

Annual Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00
