🧑‍💼 Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs with compassion.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs to earn additional bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events and community activities:
  • Engage with customers
  • Represent Cricket Wireless products and services
  • Distribute marketing materials
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown

🎯 Job Qualifications

• Fluent in at least two languages: English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication skills — attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to store locations.
• Living within 30 minutes of the store, with flexibility to work across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer.
• Maintaining a neat, professional appearance and adhering to the Team Color policy.

🛠️ Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Comfortable bending, squatting, and stretching for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Stand for extended periods to provide excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow instructions diligently and solve problems under pressure.
