Role Responsibilities 🎯

• 🤝 Provide exceptional customer service by understanding individual needs
• 💡 Build value through personalized solutions for customers, families, or businesses
• 🌟 Represent the Cricket brand professionally and courteously
• 🔧 Assist with store operations and daily duties
• 🎯 Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially earning extra bonuses
• 🎉 Participate in outside sales events, community activities, and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand awareness (with prior notice)
• 🎟️ Engage with customers, distribute marketing materials, and support event logistics when required

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

• 🗣️ Fluent in two or more languages; specifically English and Spanish for this role
• 📝 Excellent communication skills, attitude, and technical aptitude
• 🤝 Dedication to customer service, honesty, and integrity
• 💼 Retail sales experience is helpful but not mandatory
• 🎂 Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the U.S.
• 🕒 Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 📱 Strong social media presence preferred
• 🚗 Reliable transportation to the store location
• 🏠 Reside within 30 minutes of the store and flexible to work at multiple locations within the district
• 💻 Ability to operate a personal computer
• 👔 Maintain a professional appearance adhering to the Team Color policy

Working Conditions ⚙️

• 🛠️ Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds
• 🔄 Able to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks
