What to Expect in This Role 🔍

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options on the sales floor, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
• Community Engagement & Orders: Participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules planned two weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying flexible and current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Experience: Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus—but no worries if you’re new! We provide the training, tools, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation & Earnings 💵

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $19.46 - $22.46 per hour, plus potential commissions up to $13,700 upon meeting sales goals. Overachievement can lead top performers to annual earnings of up to $62,460. Salaries vary depending on location, experience, and training.
