What to Expect

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options on the sales floor, showcasing your passion for helping people and your drive to succeed.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to connect with both existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules planned two weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Dynamic Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced setting, stay current with evolving technology, and meet customer needs with agility.
• Training & Support: Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but no worries if you're new — we provide all the tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed!

Compensation & Earnings

Our Retail Sales Consultants typically earn between $19.46 - $22.46 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions upon achieving sales goals. Exceptional performers can reach annual earnings of over $62,460 with uncapped commissions. Your starting salary within this range may vary based on your location, experience, skills, and training.
