Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Show compassion and understanding toward customers’ needs.
• Create value: Offer tailored, thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the brand: Maintain professionalism and courtesy while representing AT&T and Mobily.
• Support store operations: Assist leadership with daily duties.
• Achieve sales goals: Meet KPIs, which may lead to additional bonus payments.
• Participate in community and promotional activities: Engage in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand awareness. Participation will be scheduled in advance and is a condition of employment. Tasks may include engaging with customers, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: Attitude, technical aptitude, and professionalism.
• Customer focus: Commitment to honest, exemplary service with integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Legal eligibility: At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Availability: Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Social media presence: Strong social media skills preferred.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Location flexibility: Reside within 30 minutes of the store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district.
• Technical skills: Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Appearance: Maintain a neat, professional look in accordance with company policies.
