What to Expect from Your Role

• Customer Engagement: Use a consultative sales approach on the floor to guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping others.
• Community Connection: Participate in local events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to foster customer relationships.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly, seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Adaptability: Embrace a fast-paced environment by staying flexible and up-to-date with the latest technology and customer needs.
• Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no worries if you're new — training and coaching are provided!

Compensation & Earnings 💰

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $18.49 - $20.45 per hour, plus:

• Over $13,700 in potential commissions if sales goals are met
• Top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually with uncapped commissions
• Starting salary varies based on geography, experience, and education
