What to Expect

• Consultative Sales: Engage customers on the sales floor, guiding them through their options with a passion for helping others.
• Community Engagement: Participate in local events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly schedules are provided two weeks in advance, based on seniority.
• Dynamic Environment: Stay current with evolving tech trends and adapt to change in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience: Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no prior sales experience? Don't worry! We provide training, tools, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation & Incentives

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $20.98 - $22.98 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions when sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually.

Note: Starting salary varies based on location, experience, skills, and education.
