What to Expect

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options, demonstrating your passion for helping people on the sales floor.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work between 9 AM and 9 PM, including weekends. Monthly schedules are set two weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying flexible and embracing change as technology evolves.
• Experience & Training: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no worries if you’re new—training and coaching will set you up for success!

Compensation & Earnings 💰

Retail Sales Consultants typically earn between $18.49 - $20.45 per hour, plus $13,700+ in commissions upon meeting sales goals. Top performers with uncapped commissions can earn over $62,460 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and education.
