What to Expect

• Customer Interactions: Guide customers using a consultative sales approach, showcasing your passion for helping people shine on the sales floor.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to serve existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly schedules planned 2 weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay adaptable to evolving technology and customer needs as you grow in your role.
• Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no worries if not — we provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you succeed! 🚀

Compensation & Benefits

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Consultants earn between $19.46 - $22.46 per hour, plus an average of $6,850 in annual commissions when sales goals are met. Working 20-24 hours weekly, you can expect an average annual total compensation of $53,364. Your exact starting salary may vary based on location, experience, and training.
