What to Expect in Your Role

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options on the sales floor, demonstrating your drive and passion for helping people.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs by being flexible and adaptable.
• Training & Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience? No problem! We provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation & Earning Potential 💵

Our Retail Sales Consultants typically earn between $15.76 - $18.33 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions when sales goals are achieved. With uncapped commissions, top performers can earn over $62,460 annually. Actual starting salary depends on location, experience, expertise, and education.
