What to Expect

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people on the sales floor.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly schedules are provided two weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay current with evolving technology by adapting to change and embracing new ways to meet customer needs.
• Experience & Training: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no experience? No problem! We provide the tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation & Earning Potential 💰

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour, with potential commissions up to $13,700+ if sales goals are met. Top sellers, with uncapped commission opportunities, can earn over $62,460 annually. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and training.
