What to Expect in This Role

• Customer Engagement: On the sales floor, utilize a consultative approach—guiding customers through their options while showcasing your passion for helping people.
• Community Involvement: Participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Receive monthly seniority-based schedules at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay adaptable to evolving technology and customer needs, ensuring you remain current and effective.
• Training & Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? No problem! We provide all the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you succeed.

Compensation & Incentives 💰

Our Retail Sales Consultants typically earn between $19.46 - $22.46/hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top performers have the potential to earn over $62,460 annually. Salary depends on location, experience, skills, and education.
