What You’ll Do

• Engage Customers with a Consultative Approach: Guide shoppers through their options using your sales expertise, showcasing your passion for helping people.
• Build Community Connections: Participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
• Work Flexibly: Schedule shifts between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs by being flexible and open to change.
• Experience Not Required: No previous sales experience? No problem! We provide training, tools, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation and Earning Potential 💵

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $19.46 to $22.46 per hour, plus potential commissions of up to $13,700+ when sales goals are met. Overachievers can reach annual earnings of up to $62,460 with uncapped commissions. Starting salaries vary depending on location, experience, and training.
