Role: Bilingual (Cantonese or Mandarin) – Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Location: 8516 Bay Parkway, Brooklyn, NY

Position Type: Full Time

Compensation & Benefits 💰

• Up to $35.00 per hour or more, including Base Pay, Uncapped Commissions, Bonuses, and Profit-Sharing

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Create an exceptional customer experience every day
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and standards
• Handle customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks
• Complete all required training sessions
• Model professional and personal conduct

Qualifications ✅

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1+ years of retail or wireless sales experience (preferably with Verizon Wireless)
• Proven achievement in sales and customer service roles
• Passion for retail and wireless technology
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Availability for full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 18 and eligibility to work in the US
