About the Role

As a Bilingual Retail Associate, you will be an integral part of Store #705309, located at 2204 Route 35 Sea Girt NJ 08750. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional service, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers find the perfect solutions for their projects. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels 😊
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs and offering knowledgeable recommendations
• Build productive relationships with both wholesale and retail clients
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies
• Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain work order files and product formulas with precision
• Retrieve products from sales floors or warehouses as needed
• Mix and tint products to meet specific customer requirements
• Set up displays and stock shelves efficiently
• Manage deliveries by loading and unloading as required
• Keep store equipment clean and presentation standards high
• Stay updated on product offerings and discuss available options with customers
• Follow inventory control procedures
• Suggest ideas for sales improvements

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Authorization to work without sponsorship
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish 🇺🇸🇪🇸
• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of retail, delivery, or customer service experience
• Experience in selling paint and related products
• Proficiency in operating tinting and mixing equipment
