Position: Call Center Sales & Reservation Associate

Assist guests by making and modifying reservations, providing destination information, and ensuring a memorable experience—whether working in-office, remotely, or a hybrid of both.

Compensation: Paid at a base rate of $15.68/hour plus incentives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about rates, packages, events, attractions, and availability.
  • Think analytically to seek alternatives and resolve guest issues.
  • Build rapport with clients and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and close sales for resorts, spas, and activities.
  • Accurately detail and update guest reservations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Abilities

  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or sales experience (preferred)
  • Typing speed of at least 32 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer effective solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Technical proficiency with keyboards and PC systems
  • Professional appearance aligning with company standards
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Works well under pressure and adapts to changing circumstances

Job Demands

  • Commitment to a 35-hour weekly training schedule for two weeks
  • Availability during operational hours (8 AM – 8:30 PM, 7 days/week)
  • Must work a minimum of 4 weekends per month
  • At least one evening shift and some holidays required

When working from home, please ensure:

  • Work remains within Pennsylvania state lines
  • You have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Hershey Entertainment & Resorts will provide the necessary computer equipment; employees must supply high-speed internet
