Available Full-Time Shifts
This is a 2nd shift (40 hours per week) position with flexibility required.
Typical Days:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
Typical Shifts (Eastern Time):
- 12pm - 8pm
- 1pm - 9pm
- 2pm - 10pm
- 3pm - 11pm
Additional Requirements:
- One weekend shift per week
- Availability during holidays
Pay & Benefits
Compensation
- Starting at $15/hour
- Earn up to $17/hour after attendance bonus
- Attendance bonus of $2/hour after 90 days
- Weekly pay with direct deposit

What You'll Do
- 🔹 Professionally answer incoming calls for various businesses
- 🔹 Take accurate messages and relay information clearly
- 🔹 Assist callers with empathy and professionalism
- 🔹 Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
- 🔹 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- 🔹 Contribute to creating a positive caller experience

- 💬 Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 🧑💼 Strong customer service skills
- 🎤 Clear and professional communication
- 😊 Friendly, polished phone presence
- ⏰ Dependability and punctuality
- ⌨️ Strong spelling and typing skills
- 🤹♂️ Comfort with multitasking during calls
- 🤝 Ability to work well as part of a team
- 🔒 Work-from-home requirements:
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- High-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi)
- 📝 Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications: Previous call center or answering service experience is a plus.
