Available Full-Time Shifts

This is a 2nd shift (40 hours per week) position with flexibility required.

Typical Days:

  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday

Typical Shifts (Eastern Time):

  • 12pm - 8pm
  • 1pm - 9pm
  • 2pm - 10pm
  • 3pm - 11pm

Additional Requirements:

  • One weekend shift per week
  • Availability during holidays

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

  • Starting at $15/hour
  • Earn up to $17/hour after attendance bonus
  • Attendance bonus of $2/hour after 90 days
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit

What You'll Do

  • 🔹 Professionally answer incoming calls for various businesses
  • 🔹 Take accurate messages and relay information clearly
  • 🔹 Assist callers with empathy and professionalism
  • 🔹 Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
  • 🔹 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • 🔹 Contribute to creating a positive caller experience

  • 💬 Fluency in both English and Spanish

  • 🎤 Clear and professional communication

  • 🔒 Work-from-home requirements:
    • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
    • High-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi)
  • 📝 Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications: Previous call center or answering service experience is a plus.
