Our client, a publicly traded multinational manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR professional to collaborate with leadership in enhancing employee engagement, training initiatives, and organizational growth. This role involves designing development programs, supporting succession planning, and leveraging data to inform HR strategies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Workforce planning and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Mentoring and developing leaders across multiple locations
• Designing and delivering employee development programs
• Supporting succession planning efforts
• Utilizing data to shape and refine HR strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, focusing on training, engagement, and talent development
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability to design and implement HR programs and utilize data for strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Bachelor’s degree and bilingual in English and Spanish required
