This role is ideal for a dynamic multifamily professional skilled in managing people, clients, and numbers. You'll be instrumental in building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring flawless execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a local operations team serving multiple apartment communities
• Drive sales growth, client retention, and regional profitability
• Oversee budgets, pricing, and forecasting for a busy regional operation
• Spend most of your week in the field visiting client sites, solving problems, and nurturing relationships
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English with contractors, vendors, and clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management, turns, or maintenance operations
• Strong financial acumen (budgets, quotes, forecasting, P&L awareness)
• Hands-on, approachable leadership style capable of balancing people, clients, and performance metrics
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) mandatory
